Refund policy

Full priced items 

Our returns policy offers a full refund for full priced items within 14 days of dispatch

Postage for returns at customers expense and no refunds are issued for postage charges.


Sale items 

Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned. 

Sale items are not eligible for refunds, credit notes or exchanges on any sale items purchased unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

If items are returned despite this policy, a refund, credit note or exchange will not be given and items will be sent back to you at an additional charge. 


Gift cards

Gift cards cannot be refunded.


Conditions of returns

Items must be in the original condition as sent.

Items must be in perfect condition and must not have been worn, altered, damaged or washed. 

Be careful of make-up rubbing off on garments. In the event of this happening, we will be unable to accept your return.

Items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached. 


Item assessment and refund outcome

Once your online return is received by our Customer Care Team, the items will be assessed to ensure it complies with our returns policy.

Liz Skorsis reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our returns policy.




Cancellations and amendments to orders

If you have changed your mind, ordered an incorrect item, size or colour and would like to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible. 

Orders which have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Responsibility of returns

Liz Skorsis is not liable for any cost, delay, damage or loss in connection with the transport and return of the good to us.


Faulty items

If you are returning a faulty, damaged or incorrectly received item, we will reimburse any reasonable postage or shipping costs where you can provide us with proof of those costs.


Commercial use

Liz Skorsis pieces are sold exclusively for personal use and are not permitted to be used for commercial purposes of any nature. 

Liz Skorsis reserves the right to refuse a sale and/or refund the customer before shipment if there is suspicion of the goods being used for commercial gain.

Please note that items purchased for rental or other commercial purposes will not be eligible for return, exchange, or credit note, and as such will void any warranty. 


Refund method

Refunds will be returned to your original payment method.


When to expect your refund

Please allow 5 business days upon receiving your returned goods for your refund to be processed. 

Successful returns can take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing due to the varying processing times between payment providers. 


How to return

Email our Customer Care Team with your order number, email address used for your order and your reason for returning. You’ll be provided with instructions for your return.
